Billing and Collection​

The consumption of Netrin APIs services is computed according to the number of searches made for each available source.

  • When the user makes a query to the API endpoint, it is possible in a single call to request the return of several sources of queries and, in this case, the computed quantity will be equal to the number of sources consulted, for example:
    • A query to a CNPJ in which the return of data present in the sources Federal CNPJ Revenue, Simple National, and Sintegra is requested will result in the consumption of 3 sources and therefore, the quantity of 3 queries will be computed;
    • The total number of queries consumed by the customer will be computed monthly from the first to the last day of each month.
  • The corresponding financial to the value generated for the billing of query consumption will depend on the value established in the contract and the established commercial conditions;
  • The instant and historical consumption of queries as well as the billing value can be followed by the customer through access to the Netrin services client area portal at: portal.netrin.com.br

General rules about query billing and collection:​

  • Queries that are eventually requested and not delivered as a result by the API will not be counted as consumed queries, provided that the search parameters are correct. Cases where the source is down, unstable, or occurs due to some technical problem;
  • Queries that do not produce results, due to data not found or invalid search parameters, will be computed normally;
  • Contracts that have a consumption franchise with a fixed monthly quantity will be billed in full according to this quantity even if the consumption in the period is less than the quantity available in the franchise. Unused consumptions in a period do not generate credits for future periods;
  • In the case of excess consumption in contracts with a minimum franchise, this consumption will be billed according to the unit value established as an additional to the contracted franchise;
  • All other conditions must be observed according to the established contract and in the event of a conflict with the rules established here, the contract prevails over these.
